Sarah Giardenelli is founder, naturopathic doctor and acupuncturist at Collective Health Center. She also served as president of the Virginia Association of Naturopathic Physicians. She has been caring for patients in NoVA since 2012, first at Nova Medical Group, then Inova Medical Group, prior to starting her own Collective Health Center in 2018.

Mark holds a BS from Auburn University, an MBA from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, and an MS from the United States Air Force Intermediate Service School. He is a credentialed Project Management Professional, a Certified Scrum Master, and a Certified Agile Facilitator. During his 27 year Air Force career, Mark held many logistics related positions at duty assignments and deployed locations throughout the world. Mark’s passion is helping individuals and organizations develop and execute key strategies to achieve successful outcomes. He and his wife Dedra live in Loudoun County with their three daughters.
